Our staff provides counseling, case management, life skills, educational classes, and assistance with accessing benefits such as Medicare, Medicaid, SSI/SSD, SNAPS, and financial assistance.

We help to coordinate housing assistance for persons who are homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless. Access to safe, decent, and affordable housing should be a basic right to all persons.

Each month, we mobilize our teams of volunteers to make a real difference in our communities. Join us and see what can be accomplished when you get an impassioned team to focus on change.
